Issue descriptionOn the mac version (have not tried other versions), paper-toggle-button is missing its icon and doesn't render properly. See screenshot. Steps to reproduce: 1. Navigate to chrome://md-settings/advanced 2. Notice that toggle buttons are not drawn correctly Found on latest canary (52.0.2720.0)

Yes, toggle buttons under "passwords and forms" (I added that section). Not working for me on OSX 10.11.4 w/ chrome 52.0.2722.0 canary (64-bit). Also tested on another machine with OSX 10.11.2 and same canary version, issue is still reproducible. Also looks weird on chromeos 52.0.2721.0 canary (64-bit) (new screenshot). In chromeos the bluetooth section is also affected. This appears to be working as expected on Linux and Windows.

This bug seems related to crbug.com/609011 where various things are missing (not rendered) on Mac.
