Skia traces do not record

Project Member Reported by xidac...@chromium.org, Apr 29 2016

Issue description

#include "SkTraceEvent.h" doesn't work, the trace doesn't show up on chrome::tracing.

changing that to #include "base/trace_event/trace_event.h" works fine.

+nduca I'm not sure who are active tracing folks now.

SkTraceEvent.h hasn't changed in some time, not sure what else can break this header.

Hi there, this just caused us a problem when attempting to trace locally. Is the change in #6 a viable option that we can land?
You started fixing this bug over two years ago. Are you still working on it?
