Black screen after suspend/resume on TOT Chell

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Close the device lid
(2) Reopen the lid after few seconds

What do you see instead?
Black screen. 
Click on power button, then the lock screen is displayed.

Reproducible:
Always
