Chrome developer shows wrong content of file by inspect device

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.29 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. start chrome inspect
2. open specific website
3. open developer tools --> source
4. double click on file
5. file is select in the left tree,file is open as seen on the top in a new window (correct label of file)
6. file content shows source code of another file

What is the expected behavior?
show the right source code of the file

What went wrong?
Show another (wrong content) source code

Did this work before? Yes before desktop version 50

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.29  Channel: beta
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I cannot recreate this bug, can you supply a specific website you are witnessing this bug? If possible can you also share a video or gif of the the problem happening?
