Credential Manager API: requireUserMediation() doesn't sign user out

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Save a credential via the API
(2) Call on the same site but slightly different URL (like google.com/signin vs. google.com/signout)
(3) The credential isn't updated.

Huh. That's strange. Does the change I just landed for  https://crbug.com/607858  fix this too?
