Regression: Unwanted flickering of overlay is seen on clicking back button in chrome://md-settings/advanced |

Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2720.0 dev OS: Ubuntu 12.04,14.04,windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome and go to chrome://md-settings/advanced (2) Scroll to some extent such that Site settings is on top of the page (3) Click Site settings link and then click on back button of overlay Expected: No flickering effect should be seen in clicking back button Actual: Unwanted flickering[i.e overlay moves upwards] is seen on clicking back button of site setting overlay This is a regression issue broken in M52.
