Steps to reproduce the problem:
I have a problem in Cef which come from chromium

When I open a context menu on an image wich is not in a <img> tag but is displayed using CSS background-image, inside the OnBeforeContextMenu and RunContextMenu fonctions, HasImageContent property of ContextMenuParams is true but the SourceUrl property is empty.

When testing in Chrome, there is no option in context menu to download an image in background.

What is the expected behavior?
I tested different browser. IE, Firefox and Opera all have a download image/copy image Url option in their context menu when clicking an image in background.
Only chrome don't propose it.

What went wrong?
inside ContextMenuParams  (https://code.google.com/p/chromium/codesearch#chromium/src/content/public/common/context_menu_params.h&q=ContextMenuParams&sq=package:chromium&type=cs&l=56) , has_image_contents is true but src_url is empty
