1. Go to https://pwa.rocks/ emulate mobile with devtools
2. Look at network activity
3. notice no manifest file is transferred
4. navigate to a few PWAs link within. 
5. notice no manifests in the network activity
6. Use the "add to homescreen" trigger in devtools
7. Observe that the manifest is fetched immediately after


( all good so far )

8. now navigate to other PWAs
9. notice that the manifest file is now fetched early for all sites.


This also causes an error that the "add to homescreen" trigger now fails with this message:
