Cast icon for embeded video's with full screen UI is missing.

Issue description

Application Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 52.0.2719.2
Android Build Number (from "Android Settings > About Phone/Tablet"):MMB29M 
Device: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

Steps to reproduce: 
1. Go to  http://html5-demos.appspot.com/static/fullscreen.html
2. Play the video
3. Tap the fullscreen icon 

Observed behavior: 
Cast icon missing.

Expected behavior: 
Cast icon should display 

Frequency: 
100%

Additional comments: 
Not able to repro with Chrome Beta 51.0.2704.28
Not able to repro with Chrome Stable 50.0.2661.94

Hm, I can't reproduce it here on a Nexus 5 with a fresh M build.
What's the Google Play Services version on the S7 phone?
Could you try opening the "Cast screen" view (from quick settings or settings) and see if you can discover cast devices there? Once this happens, does Chrome find them too and show the Cast button?

Oh, actually I was testing it on LMY48I. On my MTC19U device it doesn't work indeed in Chrome Dev/Canary.

I can reproduce the issue neither on an L (Nexus 5) or M (Nexus 6P) device anymore.
