DevTools: Console - Default DOM element formatter should be object, not XML

Project Member Reported by paulir...@chromium.org, Apr 28 2016

Issue description

Top line is the element identity (with selector)
Expanding it reveals the element properties.
^ This is already our dir($0) behavior.

For users that still want the tree formatting, they can use dirxml($0)

We highlight the selector (like in SSP inheritance headers (see 2nd screenshot)
We can also add an icon for inspection to the right of it (like Firefox, see 3rd ss)

Why would you ever want to expand dom wrapper as a JS object? It has a 1000 standard properties that carry no information at all.

We should fix Issue 508056 first before we flip the switch here.
