Steps to reproduce the problem:
0. Sync everything with encryption
1. Open a web page with saved passwords (in my case: account.t-mobile.com, having three stored username/password combinations for account.t-mobile.com as well as one from my.t-mobile.com)
2. Delete all of one for account.t-mobile.com through the key symbol in the omnibox.

What is the expected behavior?
Sync continues to work

What went wrong?
Unrecoverable error detected at c:\b\build\slave\win64\build\src\sync\internal_api\base_node.cc[64] syncer::BaseNode::DecryptIfNecessary : Failed to decrypt encrypted node of type Passwords

Happened twice now, I believe I can repro it.
