More button for Now cards fails and displays Unavailable |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: <From about:version: 50.0.2661.79 beta Chrome OS Version: <From about:version: 7978.57.0 Chrome OS Platform: Samus Steps To Reproduce: (1) Press search button on keyboard or click search button in bottom left (2) Scroll down to bottom of now cards (3) Click More Expected Result: More Now cards will show up. Actual Result: Where More button was "Unavailable" will display then go away. No new Now cards will appear. How frequently does this problem reproduce? Always What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Cannot view additional Now cards. I have tested this on multiple devices with multiple versions.

sgabriel@ my recommendation is to remove the 'more' button if we do not have additional cards to display. Thoughts?

Problem is that only a few cards ever show up, so that 'More' button will never get shown in the suggested scenario. Many discussions like this I see on forums: https://redd.it/3oj7es https://goo.gl/EP5mms

The amount of cards that show up is a different issue than the button itself if I understand the matter at hand correctly. If there is no card to show and we know it, there is no reason to show a "more" button. The relevance and number of now cards displayed should be discussed in a different bug.

still looking for this to be fixed! Get weather, travel to work, the More button, which leads to unavailable. Maybe I'll come back in 2117 ;)
