Per the spec image in  Issue 596594 .

Note to self: The Omnibox chip looks like it's the EV bubble. (The reappearance of "chips" in the Omnibox made me nervous :)

No worries. Last "chip" in the omnibox was the origin chip, which... met an interesting fate. I'll be happy to relay the story over a tea or three ;)
