[Mac] [Material Design] Tab-to-Search Chip could follow latest Chip tweaks on Mac

Version: Version 52.0.2719.0 canary (64-bit)
OS: Mac OS 10.11.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) type google.com
(2) press the TAB key
(3) take a look at the Tab-to-Search Chip

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It could look like the latest Chip design tweak from  issue 596594 .

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Two screenshots are attached, how it looks on Mac and on Windows 7.

Yes it's the same as the secured chip in term of layout.
