Issue descriptionChrome Version:52.0.2718.0 (Official Build0(64-bit)fd0a0f9879fc02e65d477f57f8f929fa4d7f0b75-refs/heads/master@{#389938}(32/64-bit) OS: Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing 2.Click on >> i.e (view console) button next to view options 3.Enter any text for e.g test ,select 'left to right' writing direction option and observe Actual: Writing direction option of context menu is not working. Expected: Writing direction option of context menu is should work. This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M36' series i.e build no-36.0.1951.0

Able to reproduce the issue on Linux 14.04 chrome version 52.0.2719.0
