Steps: 
1. Launch chrome and navigate to above url, add to chrome.
2. Launch the app and close it.
3. Observe the app window while closing.

Actual: Weird blue frame is observed while closing the app.

Expected: No such blue frame should be seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M-45.

Manual Regression Range:
Good Build: 45.0.2419.0 
Bad Build: 45.0.2420.0
