Tracing should make it easy to review/scrub data before upload

Project Member Reported by agoode@chromium.org, Apr 28 2016

Issue description

Version 50.0.2661.87 beta
Platform 7978.62.0 (Official Build) beta-channel veyron_minnie
Firmware Google_Veyron_Minnie.6588.171.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Record a trace with chrome://tracing/
(2) Save it
(3) Upload it to crbug

What is the expected output?
Unexpected data is very unlikely to be shared.

What do you see instead?
Right now, tab titles are stored in the trace, which can often give away email addresses, chat contacts, and other private information. I would like an easy way for the system to show me this information and redact it from the trace. Other data may be stored in a trace that I do not want to share.

ABRT (a similar system) has a solution to this issue: https://github.com/abrt/abrt/wiki/ABRT-workflow. Before ABRT uploads information, it shows the report to the user and provides tools to audit and scrub information.

to rschoen to triage.

One option is that the filename prompt dialog could also point out "Trace contents will include URLs and tab titles"
