On selecting 'Undo' option, username does not get selected in avatar bubble.

Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2719.0 (Official Build)db7757b63f29696b9b465949f9704a0d9d149f2b-refs/heads/master@{#390251}(32/64-bit) OS: Linux (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS), Windows (7,8,8.1,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, click on avatar bubble, click in username text field. 2) Right click and select 'Delete', again right click and select 'Undo' and observe. On selecting 'Undo' option, cursor is seen at the beginning. On selecting 'Undo' option, username should get selected. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-33 series (Chrome version: 33.0.1715.0) Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS.
