Issue descriptionStep cc_unittests (with patch) on build https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.android/builders/linux_android_rel_ng/builds/60500 has not uploaded JSON to test-results app. The log for the step (https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.android/builders/linux_android_rel_ng/builds/60500/steps/cc_unittests%20%28with%20patch%29/logs/stdio) claims the opposite: I 26.618s Main Upload results for test type "gtest", test package "cc_unittests" to test-results.appspot.com I 27.013s Main Uploading JSON files for builder: linux_android_rel_ng I 28.157s Main JSON uploaded. Yet the log for cc_unittests is not present: http://test-results.appspot.com/testfile?builder=linux_android_rel_ng&name=full_results.json&master=tryserver.chromium.android&buildnumber=60500.
