Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2719.0 (Official Build) db7757b63f29696b9b465949f9704a0d9d149f2b-refs/heads/master@{#390251} (64-bit) OS: Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://settings and open Devtools (Ctrl+Shift+I). 2) Mouse hover on Reload button and observe the tooltip. 'Reload this page' tooltip is seen on mouse hover. 'Reload this page, hold to see more options' tooltip is seen on mouse hover when Devtools is open. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-40 series (Chrome version: 40.0.2191.0) Note: 1) This feature is seen from build no: 40.0.2191.0 2) Above issue is working fine on Windows and Linux OS.
