Issue description

Chrome Version       : 50.0.2661.87
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
URLs (if applicable) : https://mail.chinhphu.vn/owa
Other browsers tested: 
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5: NA
  Firefox 4.x: OK
     IE 7/8/9: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. access https://mail.chinhphu.vn/owa

What is the expected result?
successfully connect to IIS 7 Server 

What happens instead of that?
ERR_SSL_FALLBACK_BEYOND_MINIMUM_VERSION

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Windows Server 2008 R2 - Exchange 2010 SP3 - IIS 7.0 Web Server - SSL disabled - TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 enabled

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.87 Safari/537.36

You seem to be going through some kind of proxy which is forcing an insecure fallback. Strangely, connections to Google sites go through the same proxy and don't trigger it.

Do you have some kind of antivirus or other networking software on your machine that might be configuring this? Or is this perhaps a corporate device of some sort?

Oh thank david, i confirm that we can close this thread now because the problem has been SOLVED in my Case :)
