Regression:Text under history section appears blur.

Chrome Version: 52.0.2719.0 (Official Build) db7757b63f29696b9b465949f9704a0d9d149f2b-refs/heads/master@{#390251} 32/64 Bit.
OS:Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95582?p=settings_clear_browsing_data&rd=1363958
2.Observe text 'delete your cache...' under history section towards R.H.S

Actual: Text under history section appears blur.

Expected: Text under history section should not appear blur and should be properly displayed.


This is a regression issue broken in 'M50' and will soon update other info.

Good build: 50.0.2659.0
Bad Build:  50.0.2660.3

I don't see anything obvious in that range that is the culprit (certainly not my testing-related changes). 

There's a Skia roll that might include something, but otherwise it looks like it might be a text/fonts rendering issue or possibly a color profile issue.

I looked through the Skia changes there and nothing sticks out to me. The one change with kSubpixel in it is actually a no-op, it was just a bit of code that didn't get updated to the new constant in a previous pass.

Also, while the .mov is nice, it would be best to attach a .png of a still screen capture. This will allow us to see exactly what you are seeing without the compression artifacts of the video.
