Calling defineProperty while parsing the document leads to exception.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the attached html file in chrome.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Uncaught exception.
Works in other browsers, though.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: Version 50.0.2661.87 m  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

To clarify, are you referring to the "Uncaught TypeError: Reflect.defineProperty called on non-object" exception OR does the tab crash?
Yes, I'm referring to the uncaught exception.
The tab does not crash, sorry for the unclear description.

I can't reproduce the reported error at head: instead I get "unexpected __lookupGetter__ result", which is already reported as a v8 bug, duping to that bug.
