Inspecting an iframe element should not change the console context

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2715.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
or $0 would be null

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
This is because you are trying to run the command "$0" in the context of the iframe and not the top level.

There is a dropdown next to the filter icon in the console which sets the context to run the command under.
Please double-check, IMO this is definitely a bug caused by https://crrev.com/886819ce7a81bf35682dc209094afbad37bced1f
