Security: Bring down any Blogger or Website by ddos Attack!

hi Google,
 I have modified a python ddos script. It can bring down any volunteers blogger or website.

VULNERABILITY DETAILS
when i run this code, my blogger was showing "Service Unavailable Error 503". I was running python script in kali linux.
