Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.86 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome Stable 2. Hover the mouse cursor over the fast user switching button (top right corner) What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? It's very hard to spot but it looks like the button graphic isn't stretched tall enough, as there's a 2px gap (on a retina display) of missing pixels. See attached. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 50.0.2661.86 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.4 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

This is with the Material Design flag enabled (not the normal UI).

This is also present in Non-Material-Mode. Probably related to issue 429711 .
