Precondition: Make sure the Monitor Screen Resolution is (1280 x 1024)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch Chrome and navigate to above URL.
2.Zoom in the page to 175% and Scrolldown the page. 
3.Observe the Google+ icon. 


Actual: Unnecessary blue line is seen below google+ icon.

Expected: Unnecessary blue line should not be seen below google+ icon.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-51' series

Manual Regression range:
Good Build: 51.0.2678.0
Bad Build: 51.0.2679.0
