Issue descriptionChrome Version:51.0.2704.29(Official Build)Revision d7a063c1fedf1f6ccb6eb9f50a9028bd742652d7-refs/branch-heads/2704@{#260} (32/64 Bit) OS:Windows (7, 8, 10),Linux (ubuntu 14.04 LTS) Precondition: Make sure the Monitor Screen Resolution is (1280 x 1024) Test URL: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95669?p=e_awsnap_rl&rd=1 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Launch Chrome and navigate to above URL. 2.Zoom in the page to 175% and Scrolldown the page. 3.Observe the Google+ icon. Actual: Unnecessary blue line is seen below google+ icon. Expected: Unnecessary blue line should not be seen below google+ icon. This is a regression issue broken in 'M-51' series Manual Regression range: Good Build: 51.0.2678.0 Bad Build: 51.0.2679.0 Narrow Bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/eeca8bf8113eaa50fb3aa59666192ef11dd0b574..a75de675cbb8f9f594fabc68236a4547975ad7fe?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting: 380972 ?
