Regression: In dev tools alignment of checkbox of rendering options is not proper.

Chrome Version: 52.0.2718.0 Revision fd0a0f9879fc02e65d477f57f8f929fa4d7f0b75-refs/heads/master@{#389938} 
OS: Windows (7, 8, 10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4),Linux (ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and open dev tools window.
(2) Press Esc key and open 'Rendering' and observe the alignment of checkbox.

Alignment of checkbox in rendering options is not proper.

This is a regression issue,broken in 'M-52', below is bisect info:

Good Build: 52.0.2715.0
Bad Build: 52.0.2716.0

The new alignment for checkboxes in the rendering panel is intended.  Boxes are in between the title and description of each option according to the new visual design.
