Clear settings label on geolocation bubble is clipped on Russian language

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install russian Chrome. 2. Go to taxi.yandex.ru 3. Approve geolocation request. 4. Click on geolocation icon in omnibox. 5. Click button that clears the choice on next page reload. 6. Click on geolocation icon. What is the expected behavior? "Настройки будут сброшены при следующей перезагрузке" should be written in the geolocation bubble. What went wrong? Label is cropped and only "Настройки будут сброшены при следующей" appears in the bubble. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 49.0.2623.112 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.10.5 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
