Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open the attached html in Canary What is the expected behavior? the list of webgl extentions in the log should include WEBGL_draw_buffers. What went wrong? WEBGL_draw_buffers is not in the log. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 52.0.2718.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 open the repro in Chrome 49 and you will notice WEBGL_draw_buffers in the log (assuming it's not disabled because of OS/GPU)

BTW, with Chrome 52.0.2718.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) on Mac OS X the attached repro includes WEBGL_draw_buffers in the extensions.
