Regression : Able to duplicate folder/image even after 10 attempts in files app

Version: 52.0.2715.0/8248.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel daisy,spring,peach_pit
OS: Chrome os

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user >> Create any folder/download any image
(2) Copy that folder/image and hit ctrl+v more than 10 times to paste the folder/image and observe

Expected: Folder/Image should be pasted only 9 times and for remaining paste attempts user should get error messages.
Actual: Instead we are able to paste that folder unlimited times.

This is a regression issue as it is working fine in 49.0.2623.112/7834.70.0 (Official Build) stable-channel daisy

IIRC this is working as intended as we released the 10 duplicates limit. @fukino: Could you confirm?

We decided to remove the limit, and oka@ fixed it as  issue 426317 .
