Cant disable pop-up keyboard

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Tap the address window to enter a URL
2. Keyboard appears on screen
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Don't want the virtual to display. I tried various settings to disable it. 

What went wrong?
Nothing works to disable it.

Did this work before? Yes A week ago, it did not pop-up. Now it pops up all the time

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
