Regression : [Devtools] inspect button does not work when the focus is on profiles tab.

Chrome Version       : 52.0.2718.0 (Official Build)
OS Version : ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open Devtools on any page.
(2)Open profiles tab and collect a javascript cpu profile.
(3)click on inspect button and select an element on the page to inspect it and observe.

What is the expected result?
The focus should navigate to elements tab and the corresponding code for the element selected should be highlighted.

What happens instead?
inspect button does not work on step-3

This is a regression issue broken in M-52

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.4 using chrome version 52.0.2718.0

Tested this on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Dev Version - 52.0.2723.0 and the issue is still reproducible.

Our blockerbot script was offline; it was recently brought back online, and thus labeled many old issues (including this one) erroneously.  Removing Merge-TBD label since all milestones for this issue are already completed; no further work should be done.
