Steps to reproduce:
(1) Watch a live video stream such as http://www.aljazeera.com/watch_now/
(2) Tap the video to observe the video controls.

Expected result:
There should be some indication that the video is live and not seekable.

Actual result:
The seek bar is present but doesn't do anything. This can be confusing for users.

On Safari for iOS and on the Browser for BlackBerry 10, the seek bar is not shown for live streams.
