DevTools Feature Request: Highlight end tag when hovering over start tag, and vice versa

Project Member Reported by kayce@google.com, Apr 26 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2715.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Elements panel.
2. Hover over an HTML start tag or end tag.

What is the expected behavior?
The accompanying start or end tag is highlighted.

What went wrong?
The feature does not exist.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 52.0.2715.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Apparently this is implemented in Firefox DE.

I forwarded this feature request from a GitHub issue on the Google/WebFundamentals repository. Original: https://github.com/google/WebFundamentals/issues/2833

Won't fix as we are already highlighting the vertical bar that leads to the end tag.
