Sorry I have misunderstood your comment in the bug report as loop is not working. Anyway the loop option in audio player is not intended to reply the same song(if you have more than one song in a folder), it will loop entire playlist(It'll go to first song after finishing the last song in a list). It will replay the same song if there is only one song in a playlist.

That is not a good UI. There are multiple reasons to have a single song repeat, and if you have a lot of songs in a playlist, I don't think that having to click on the sing in the music player if you want to listen to the same song over again is a good thing. Back in previous versions there was a supposedly single file loop (three options, no repeat, repeat one file, and repeat whole folder) which didn't work either.
