Only windows from one of the profiles open after update

OS Version: Ubuntu , 3.13.0-76-generic

  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have windows with multiple profiles open
2. Update to the new chrome version w/restart
3. 

What is the expected result?
All previously opened windows open


What happens instead of that?
Only windows from one profile opened.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.4 and Ubuntu 14.04 while upgrading to latest Beta 51.0.2704.22.Both the profile windows were restarted.
Could you please review the screen cast for the same and update accordingly.
