Implement setPoster() in WebMediaPlayerImpl |

Issue descriptionCurrently, with spitzer on, the poster attribute in HTMLVideoElement is not propagated properly. This makes the poster in media fling be unavailable. We need to have the same logic in WMPA.setPoster() in WMPI.

Increasing the priority to P1 given that it is causing a regression in Chrome Android where some places use to show the poster and now show a black image.
