HTML5 unspported for "audio/wav; codecs=2"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

- PCM WAV (audio/wav; codecs=1) plays.
- ADPCM WAV (audio/wav; codecs=2) does not play.

We only support the basic PCM 8, 16 and 32 bit
No immediate plans to expand the codecs.
