tabSwitcher:dismissTransitionWillStartWithActiveModel: called twice. Is it an issue?

App Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): e4a2d6a
iOS Version: iOS 9+
Device: all

tabSwitcher:dismissTransitionWillStartWithActiveModel: is called in tabSwitcherPanelController:didSelectTabAtIndex:, right before tabSwitcherDismissWithModel:, which itself calls tabSwitcher:dismissTransitionWillStartWithActiveModel: again.

Is it an issue?
