Regression:Unwanted horizontal line is seen after giving print command in "Facebook.com"

Issue description

Chrome Version: 52.0.2717.0 (Official Build)Revision 82735e00e98486689f2d6bca470b0ad18d05a985-refs/heads/master@{#389638}(32/64-bit)
OS:OS: Linux (14.04 LTS), Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Windows (7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.facebook.com/
(2)Give print command(Ctrl+P) and observe.

Actual:Unwanted horizontal line is seen after giving print command.

Expected:No unwanted horizontal line should be seen after giving print command.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-47,below is the Narrow bisect:

I can't reproduce this on Linux with ToT (note you need to set for a color printer and turn on background graphics printing).

On Windows I can reproduce it, although it printed fine in B&W.

The apparently blue background behind the header is in fact a blue background with a blue image over the top half of it. The line appears at the bottom of the image, despite the fact that the blue background should go all the way under the image. When we paint this in Blink we paint the background color and the image without any clipping, so my guess is that the artifact is due to scaling the image and getting some white pixels in the scaled version.

Personally I think this is a very low priority, so I'm marking it as such.

Also, regressions from more than 3 versions back are not regressions for the purposes of bug tracking.
