Whitelisting VMware Horizon and for Public Sessions

Project Member Reported by soushi@chromium.org, Apr 26 2016

Issue description

Could you add VMware Horizon Client and F5 Access to the Whitelist for Public Session?

For more detail, please refer to:
b/28390711

Please get security and privacy approval, then reassign to me to do the actual whitelisting.

Hello Bartosz,

I have asked for privacy review on Issue 612097.

Could you tell me how to get security approval for this issue?

Best regards,

Soushi
I have no permission to view bug 612097. Assuming that it is tagged correctly, you should get a response from the privacy team. If not, ping them directly.

Hello Bartosz,

I really appreciate your quick response. Thanks!

Best,

Soushi
A formal privacy review seems way, way too heavy-weight. Just get a privacy person's OK and a security person's OK and off we go.

As per David's email, I suggest NOT to whitelist these apps but work with the customer and the partners to make sure SAML SSO works.

Please reopen bug 612097 in case this seems infeasible.

Thanks for the comments.
This request is my mistake. I'm really sorry for that.
