What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and go to above URL.
2. Click on search icon in search box and observe the position of notification bubble.

Position of notification bubble is not proper it's misplaced and looks weird.
Position of Notification bubble should be at LHS of search box.

This is a non regression issue seen from M-30 series build # 30.0.1549.0

Note: This is working fine in "IE11" and Firefox browsers.
