Regression: Hyperlink is not seen for complete text in 'Add person' overlay.

Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2717.0 (Official Build) 82735e00e98486689f2d6bca470b0ad18d05a985-refs/heads/master@{#389638} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, sign in to chrome and from chrome://settings add a supervised user with profile name as 'Person 1'. 2) Delete the added supervised user and from 'Language' section in chrome://settings, change the browser language to 'Hindi'. 3) Restart the browser, go to chrome://settings, in 'People' section click on 'Add person' button, edit the username as 'Person 1'. 4) Check the second checkbox and observe the message. Hyperlink is not shown for the complete string 'Person 1 इस डिवाइस मे निर्यात करना चाहते है?' Hyperlink should be seen for the complete string 'Person 1 इस डिवाइस मे निर्यात करना चाहते है?' This is a Regression issue broken in M-52, below is the bisect info Manual bisect: Good build: 52.0.2715.0 Bad build: 52.0.2716.0 Note: 1) Unable to Sign in to chrome in Chromium builds. Hence providing suspect from Changelog URL. 2) Issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS. Just to update, still able to reproduce the issue on chrome canary version 52.0.2719.0 on Windows 7. @mahmadi: Request you to please take a look into it. Thanks.!

This is known and expected due to reuse of the strings in the Profile Manager. |
