Pixel-moving filter effects render incorrectly with rotation |
|||
Issue descriptionVersion: 50.0.2661.86 (Official Build) (64-bit) OS: Linux (probably all) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open the attached file. What is the expected output? Two identical green boxes blurred along their local X axes. The top one is rendered in software; the bottom on triggers a composited layer (and accelerated filters) via will-change: transform. What do you see instead? Top green box appears to be blurred along its parent's axis. Bottom one is correct.

bisect-builds spake thusly: You are probably looking for a change made after 291046 (known good), but no later than 291048 (first known bad). NOTE: There is a Blink roll in the range, you might also want to do a Blink bisect.
