What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) I have a GPO to set the minimum version of TLS to 1.1
(2) when I go to chrome://policy the status column shows "Unknown Policy"
(3) Chrome still uses the TLS 1.0 protocol to access sites.

What is the expected result?
That TLS 1.0 is disabled

What happens instead?
TLS 1.0 is enabled
