Since we're waiting on Material then I don't think you need cuts - everything is handled via svg. I bet you know better than I, Finnur, how that works but here are links if that's helpful:

Yes, I think the goal is to add this to Desktop as well. Not sure which milestone we want it in, though.

I believe the autoplay feature is not present in the old options, therefore this should not block crbug 671375.
