Flickering is seen in Files.app, while resizing the window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> go to Files.app>> try to resize the Files.app window from L.H.S>> and observe the top right pane

Expected: Flickering should not be seen on top right pane (beside the tool bar options)of the File.app Window while resizing
Actual: Instead flickering is seen (Refer Screen cast)

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in 49.0.2623.112/7834.70.0 stable-channel Daisy

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

I was able to reproduce it on 50.0.2657.0 daisy.
I think it is difficult to avoid due to the repaint timing of inner window contents.

BTW, let me remove the RB label since I don't think this should block releases. The stable channel also has the same problem.
