Regression : Weird code is seen after clicking on Iron icon ( i.e '?' icon ) in Reset confirmation bubble.

Chrome version : 52.0.2715.0 (Official Build) 3fae42f136f929251b627b2ae6300100afc8ab83-refs/heads/master@{#388964} 32/64 bit
OS :  Windows (7, 8, 10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4),Linux (ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and go to chrome://md-settings/advanced.
2. Scroll down the page and click on 'Reset' button. (Reset confirmation bubble will appear)
3. Now click on '?' icon present in Reset bubble and observe.

Actual : Weird code is seen after clicking on iron icon ( i.e '?' icon ) in Reset confirmation bubble.
Expected : Proper 'Feedback information' should be seen after clicking on iron icon ( i.e '?' icon ).

This is a regression issue,broken in 'M-52', below is manual bisect and will soon update other info.
Good Build : 52.0.2714.0

The "weird code" mentioned is the intended behavior, per the latest mocks.
