A, S, D, F, B, N, J, K, L, and semicolon keys do not work

I mean that the workaround is the on-screen keyboard

According to #5, this is not a VK bug.

@jbmills - please let us know which chromebook device model you are using.  It sounds like this might be a hardware problem.

@jbmills - unfortunately, our Kips work fine with this same software.  I suspect that your machine is having some hardware problems, which we as the OS providers cannot fix.  You can find HP's support here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
